Unicorn Party Part Two

Here we are again...celebrating Sarina's 5th Birthday and Lydia's 4th!
We let Sarina open her big present the day before her actual birthday!
It was a joint effort!

 She spotted the pink fluff...
 It's exactly what I wanted!
 Ooof...it's heavy!

She can hardly lift it! The night of this party Lydia spent the night...lets just say there was barely enough room for all three in the bed...2 girls and a huge unicorn!

 Giggle one and Giggle two...

 Good Morning Birthday Girl

Our family tradition of a birthday cinnamon roll for breakfast!
It even has purple frosting!

Can't believe you're 5! Love you, my Sweet Puddle Jenn!

Unicorn Party One of Two

Sarina has been wishing for a Unicorn Birthday party for a long time...so...
I tried to make her dream come true! January 2nd we had the Wiegand side over to celebrate her 5th birthday and Mallory's 9th.
The girls got unicorn masks and the boys horses.  We were walking through Kohl's one day
and Sarina spotted this purple unicorn shirt on the clearance rack...$3.00...can't really pass that up for a little girl who's obsessed with unicorns right now!

She was thrilled to get Chapter Books from Grandpa and Grandma Wiegand!
Now she can't wait to learn how to read.
American Girl paper dolls from Curt and Amber...she's been having so much fun with them.
Here are the January birthday girls!
Our sweet's with her unicorn cupcake!!
...to be continued after we celebrate with the Zimmerman family.

Gingerbread Houses

We are finding fun things to do over Christmas break...like build 3 cute little gingerbread houses.
 Very intently working on detail.

 So cute and delicious looking!
These two...full of frosting and sprinkles!
Now off to do some new year celebrating!

Christmas Day Part 2

We enjoyed Christmas Day evening at Grandpa Saathoff's.
He grilled up his delicious cheese burgers!

After supper Reilly, Gideon and Lemuel lead the Christmas singing with the piano.

What a clan of Great Grand Kids!
Our two cheeses by Grandpa's fire place.
For the past few years the Great Grand kids have brought a stocking stuffer to give!  They have so much fun seeing what they get from their cousins.
This is the scowl I got when trying to photograph my handsome brother.  Had to document his snazzy style! Lydia is munching on her waffle cone...also made by Grandpa Saathoff.

It was great to be together again!
A great ending to a great day!

Christmas Day Part 1

Christmas Morning with these two Loves!
Stockings quick before we are off to church!
Sarina is now convinced Santa is real! Her stocking was filled with JUST what she wanted!
Reilly knows that Mom stuffs his stocking.
Daddy grilled some yummy meat and we had our own "fancy" Christmas lunch!
The thrill of opening presents! A new purse and a stepping stone craft kit.

A baseball bat and his own binoculars.

Reilly was thrilled to have a new coloring book and Sarina was elated to have the movie FROZEN!

All giggles and tucked into her mermaid tail blanket.
Reilly give this special picture to Kent and I.  I love his artwork!
Merry Christmas to my little family!
