Goodbye 3rd Grade...

HELLO SUMMER BREAK!!!!

Where did the time go???

Didn't you just start 3rd Grade? 

When Reilly got home today (last day of school) he told me he already misses Mrs. Martin!

Thanks for being such an awesome teacher!

 Reilly was blessed with a great year and a healthy one!

Here he is getting his PERFECT Attendance award!

 First and last day of 3rd Grade! Lost a few teeth, burned through 2 pairs of tennis shoes is way smarter!!! Awesome Job Reilly! Looking forward to a fun summer together!!!

 

Where are you SUMMER???

We have been to the Schieber cabin a few times this spring already! It's always fun times...and never complete until the kids are filthy and ice cream is rolling down their chins!!!

Looking forward to more fun evenings there!

  Sarina was a good helper the last few weeks when Daddy was busy getting the pool ready!

  The kids thought it was pretty cool to go swimming in the deep end while it was filling up...a little chilly down their kiddos????

 

The neighbor's cat Maria, had 4 kittens...and boy are they fun to play with!

Hopefully the rain stops soon and we can get outside again!!! We can't wait to live in Summer!!!

Mother's Day

We had a great time at the Ladies Luncheon the Saturday before Mother's Day!

I'm so thankful to have these wonderful Ladies in my life! 

On Sunday morning, Daddy and the kids made me an awesome breakfast!

I felt so pampered and the food was so good I felt like I was in the Bahamas again!

 (Eek I can't believe I haven't posted those pictures yet!!)

I felt so loved! My favorite breakfast with fresh berries!!

 I feel so blessed to have these two call me Mommy! They are the best kids ever...

Reilly could use some sun glasses!!! 

 We had a beautiful day and spent the afternoon at the pool and then at Benjamin and Laurel's.

 Oh my word!!!! Andrew!!! Where are you???...you should have been in this picture! Can't believe you didn't jump in!!! Next time we are together you're getting in!

Hiking & May Pole

Hiking in the Flowers

A few weeks ago, on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, we went to the timber to find some wild flowers. 

We found some blue bells!

 And we found these yellow ones too.  

 A bright, sunny day!

 Before we hiked back to the van Reilly wanted to lay down in the tall grass. 

They gave us the thumbs up to a great hike. 

 Grandparents Day

May day Reilly was in the May Pole and celebrated Grandparents day at school.

He was thrilled to have them come see him perform and see his classroom.

Field Trip

Sarina's preschool class enjoyed a beautiful day at the Zoo last Tuesday.

They are all growing up so fast and will do great this fall in Kindergarten.  

We missed having Lilly with us.  Madison's siblings got to join us for the day!

Last but not least I am thoroughly enjoying all of the flowers that come to my door! 

They are all clumped together in the sweetest little hands begging for water! 

They make us all smile!

Preschool, Talent Show & Easter

I can't believe Sarina is all done with Preschool!  She did a great job and is now ready to start

Kindergarten! Eeek! That leaves Mommy home alone! How did she grow up so fast!

 Reilly played his piano recital song once again during the school talent show! 

Great Job Bud! You've got the talent. 

 

 On Good Friday we colored our Easter eggs outside.  The kids are thrilled to be in shorts and tank tops again! 

 We tried these new q-tips that you snap and then ink comes out.  Sarina was coloring away with the purple when it just up and snapped off! I caught her less than thrilled expression.

 Before we finished it started to rain...and then poor! We hurried inside and set up at the table.  

By the time we were done it was sunny again and Daddy had come home.  We headed out to the timber for a quick hike and hunt for mushrooms before church.  Luckily we out ran the rain and got home before it started poring again! Gotta love the spring popup thunderstorms.

 Happy Easter

We were blessed with a beautiful Easter Sunday this year! 

At 6:00am we went to the Sunrise Services in Goodfield.  

Cracker Barrel for breakfast...back to Goodfield for Sunday School...

Up to Eureka for the afternoon and then home to bed for a nap!

 After a good afternoon nap we headed to Mom and Dad's for supper.

The kids enjoyed finding the Easter eggs Grandpa hid for them!

 

 We even got to peek at the REAL eggs!
